The Dell XPS M1330 is a great machine for the size. With a 13.3 inch Glossy WXGA screen, the XPS M1330 multimedia laptop not only performs well, but looks great too. The model we tested, had a Black cover, which had a very sleek professional look contrasted against the silver hinges, and the silver XPS lettering acroos the lid.
The first striking feature about the Dell XPS M1330, was that when opening the lid, it required little effort to keep the base flat while opening. Once opened, the handy fingerprint reader on the palm rest, is your key to access this multimedia powerhouse.
The IntelCore 2Duo is supported by 4GB of RAM and a 320 GB Hard Drive. Plenty of space for all your music and a few DVD-s to boot.
Of course the M1330 comes with Integrated Wireless which supports up to 802.11 b/g. There is also additional support for bluetooth connectivity. Users can easily transfer data from laptop to bluetooth using the XPS M1330.
Gamers will be glad to know that the M1330 can be upgraded to include NVIDIA GeForce Go 8400M, 128 MB, with a Max resolution 1280x800. This resolution provides high quality images, and support for DirectX10. According to the NVidia web site, the Go8400M includes support for Microsoft® DirectX® 10 Shader Model 4.0 and High Dynamic-Range Lighting (HDR), GeForce 8400M GPUs let you rip through all of today-s most advanced and cutting-edge games and applications.
