The Lenovo ThinkPad X200 Tablet, next generation to the Thinkpad X61 Tablet has managed to gain PCMAG editor-s choice. Laptop reviews consistently give the X200 cudos for the inclusion of current technology.
The processor has been upgraded to Intel Centrino 2 and offers three screen choices. The optional touch sensitive LED screen is thin to accomodate the touch sensitivity. Reviewers were consistently pleased with the performance of the digitized pen, as Handwriting is accurately recognised at varying speeds.
No wires? No problem. All wireless technologies are built in. WWAN, Centrino 2 Wi-Fi, WiMax, UWB( Wireless USB), Bluetooth and GPS. On the down side, the lack of an optical drive, requires either the docking station or some other external solution.
Larger Battery and Lover voltage consumption, courtesy Intel Centrino 2 technology, has allowed the battery life to exceed 4 hours.
