Toshiba announces the Quad Core HD Processor. HD here does mean Hi Def. Geared to improve Laptop DVD playback as well as handle heavy processing tasks, Japan-s Toshiba has fused two leading technologies to improve on laptop delivery of Multimedia.
The QOSIMO G Series will be the first laptops to benefit from this new technology. Users will rely on Intel Duo Core for the bulk of the processing while multimedia tasks will be unloaded to the NVIDIA GeForce 512MB DDR3 graphics memory enhanced by the Quad Core Processor.
Toshiba did not cut corners on the sound package either. The Qosimo G Series boasts Hardon Kardon Stereo Speakers, and Dolby Home Theater, 5.1 Surround Sound to complete the package.
